The Portfolio Studio
Three-week sprints where students build a structured digital portfolio with our templates and live design feedback. Designed for college, scholarship, and internship applications.
Request a sprintAccomplit gives students and young adults the structure, storytelling, and confidence to translate scattered achievements into portfolios, interviews, and applications that actually open doors.
We've watched friends pour years into clinics, internships, research, and side projects — only to flatten it all into one boring bullet on a resume. The gap isn't effort. It's the missing tools to organize, frame, and present what you've already earned.
Achievements live in old emails, screenshots, Google Docs, and memory. By application season, half of them are forgotten. We give every student one organized home for their full story.
"Tell me about yourself" sinks brilliant candidates. Storytelling, framing, and design feedback are typically reserved for those who can afford private coaches. We make that coaching free and student-led.
Medical, finance, and other industry pathways quietly begin in 9th and 10th grade. By the time students learn the unwritten rules, they've already missed inflection points. We map those milestones early.
Accomplit started as an app idea between two students — one heading toward medicine, the other toward finance — who kept asking the same question: "Why isn't there one place to actually keep track of all this?" So we built one. Then we turned it into a nonprofit.
Audrey and Maggie keep losing track of activities across volunteer logs, internship notes, and shadowing journals. They sketch what a single home for it all would look like.
The first build organizes achievements into "story-ready" cards with prompts: What did you do? What did it cost you? What did it teach you? Friends start using it before midterms.
Demand for portfolio and interview feedback outgrows the original app. Saturday sessions begin at a local library — free, peer-led, snack-supported.
Same name, bigger mission. The app stays free. Programs expand to interview prep, industry insights, and milestone planning — all rooted in the same idea: help students present what they've already accomplished.
Everything we run is free, student-led, and built around the Accomplit method: organize, reflect, frame, refine. Pick the program that matches where you are.

Request a sprint
Structured mock interviews — behavioral, technical, and clinical/case formats — with reflection scorecards so students walk away knowing what to fix, not just that they were nervous.
Book a session
1:1 storytelling reviews that turn raw activities into honest, resonant narratives. We don't punch up your story — we help you find the one that's already there.
Get a review
Monthly conversations with working professionals across medicine, finance, research, and tech. Real career arcs, real questions, no LinkedIn-speak — just what people wish they'd known earlier.
Join a session
Personalized timelines that show students what to do, and when — from 9th-grade activity choices to senior-year application strategy. Especially calibrated for pre-med and pre-finance pathways.
Map your year
Small peer cohorts of 6 students who meet biweekly to share progress, critique kindly, and remind each other that "I have done enough" is a sentence worth saying out loud.
Join a circle
We measure success differently. Not by the number of awards a student adds, but by how confidently they can talk about the work they already did. By how many of them stop apologizing for not having "enough." By how many walk into the next room without shrinking first.
"We kept watching brilliant people freeze the second they had to talk about themselves. Accomplit is what we wish we'd had at 15."
Audrey Li is heading toward medicine, drawn by years of clinical volunteering and a fascination with how people make health decisions under pressure. She runs Accomplit's Storyline Lab and built the early sprint templates used in the Portfolio Studio.
Maggie Xian is heading toward finance, after teaching herself equity analysis on weekends and realizing how much of the path is gatekept by people who already knew the rules. She leads the Industry Inside Track and Milestone Mapper programs, and she's the reason the Accomplit app actually ships on time.
Together they lead a team of student volunteers across the country who believe the same thing: a student's accomplishments shouldn't be the limit. The limit is whether anyone ever taught them how to talk about them.
